R&D Digital Strategy Experience
My first strategy deliverable was a comprehensive digital market & product strategy for a luxury automobile R&D group in Silicon Valley. The project began with ideation workshops focused on the new services and technologies the client was looking to introduce to their leadership at headquarters in overseas. Following the workshops I distilled and refined the underlying business concepts. To illustrate the value and opportunities we created user personas, use cases and visual prototypes. The strategy was well received and contributed to key digital services the brand added to their offerings.
Following the automobile industry trend, I worked with product and design stakeholders from two other brands. The projects were part of a larger digital initiative and the focus of our group was centered around success criteria, positioning and developing a prototype plan for a large technology conference.
